Representatives of the Faculty of Engineering at the National University of Laos, Panthamit Analytical Lab co.,ltd, Asia Medical and Agricultural Laboratory and Research Centre (AMARC) met in Vientiane on September 15 2023 to discuss the interpretation of the Calibration Certificate, with 48 participants from various sectors such as educational institute, analysis and research institute, hospitality, mining, hydropower, manufacturer. This seminar focused on equipment calibration and was lectured by the AMARC team jointly with the Faculty of Engineering. Specialists explained the importance of the measuring calibration report, the basics of measurement (metrology), and the reproducibility of measurement and interpretation of the calibration report and certificate in line with the ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 system, including its use and application in actual work.
